Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
EllisApps Inc. will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

EllisApps Inc. may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
This section applies to Apps that use your camera, your photos or artificial intelligence, such as AI Art Generator (image, design and video creation), Picture Enhancer (photo enhancement) and our identifier apps (identifying insects, rocks and similar from a photo).
Depending on the App, we collect and process:
Prompts. The text you enter to describe what you want to create. Prompts are stored with your creations so you can see them again and, if you publish a creation, are shown to other users alongside it.
Photos you take or upload. When you choose a photo to edit, enhance, identify or try a design on, that photo (which may include your face or body) is sent to our servers and/or to the AI provider that performs the processing. Photos you upload are deleted from our servers as soon as processing is complete unless the App saves the result for you; in AI Art Generator the resulting edited image or try-on image is stored as one of your creations. Identifier apps do not keep the photos you submit after the identification is returned.
Creations (AI Art Generator). Generated images, designs and videos are stored on our content servers so they can be shown in the app and, if you choose to publish them, in the community feed. Creations you have not published are not visible to other users, although they are stored at web addresses that are not listed publicly.
Usage records. Where an App uses credits or an allowance, we record when each AI request was made, its type and the account it belongs to. We use this to show your balance and monthly allowance, to prevent abuse, and to operate rate limits.
AI providers. Prompts and photos are transmitted to third-party AI providers to produce the result you asked for. Across our Apps we currently use OpenAI, Google (through fal.ai), fal.ai and Replicate. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own privacy and data-use terms, and may retain it for a limited period for abuse monitoring as described in their policies. We do not send your name, email address or other account details to AI providers.
Account data (Apps with accounts). Where an App has accounts, they are created automatically using a random identifier; you do not need to register. You may optionally add a username, profile photo, name, email address and social-media links, which are shown on your public profile if you publish creations. You can edit or remove these in the app at any time. You can delete your account from Settings; this removes your profile and unpublishes your content.
Purchases. Payments in all our Apps are handled by Apple. We receive purchase confirmations and subscription status from Apple and from RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider, so that we can add credits and unlock features. We never see your payment card details.
This section applies to Apps whose camera processing happens entirely on your device, such as Cyborg Vision (a heads-up-display camera effect). For these Apps, the "Photos, Prompts and AI Processing", "Service Providers", "Analytics and Crash Reporting" and "Advertising and Attribution" sections do not apply.
Cyborg Vision does not connect to the internet. It contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or attribution software, has no accounts and offers no purchases. We receive no data from it.
Camera. Live video is processed on your device to draw the display and to detect faces, pets and objects using Apple's on-device frameworks. Video frames are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are not stored unless you choose to save a photo or clip.
Photos and clips. Photos and screen recordings you save are written to your Photos library and to the App's Mission Log on your device only. You can delete them at any time from Photos or from within the App.
Known Subjects. If you choose to enrol a person, the App stores compact mathematical face signatures (not photos) in its private storage on your device so that it can recognise that person again. Only enrol people who have agreed to it. Signatures never leave your device and can be deleted from the Known Subjects screen or by deleting the App.
Voice. Spoken read-outs use the speech synthesizer built into your device. The microphone is not used.
Siri and Control Center. Optional shortcuts only launch the App. No request content is sent to us.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. EllisApps Inc. aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
